We want you to love your ride as much as we loved building it, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all bikes and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your urban adventures, we are here to make the transition back to the right equipment as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our Brooklyn workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
