How do I assemble my new Brooklyn bicycle?
To ensure your safety and maintain your warranty, we recommend having your bike professional assembled. We offer a 'Ship to Shop' program where we send your bike directly to a local partner shop for professional assembly and tuning.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply if the bike has been assembled.
Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Brooklyn Bicycle Co. frame and fork is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are typically covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How do I choose the right size bike for my height?
Each model page features a detailed size guide based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. For international inquiries outside of North America, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
